RAID Incorporated Acquires Certain Enterprise Storage Assets of Aviv Corporation

Lawrence MA— RAID Incorporated, a managed data storage service provider specializing in custom manufacturing of leading edge storage solutions announced today an agreement to acquire certain storage assets of Aviv Corporation. RAID, founded in 1994, was created with the sole purpose of providing customers with turnkey data storage products and services that represent the industry's best value in meeting customers' growing needs to protect their digital assets.

Aviv Corp. was founded by Haim Brill in 1976 and has been designing and manufacturing data storage solutions for the past 29 years. “Moving forward, Aviv's business strategy is to leave the hardware storage segment of its business and to focus efforts on data storage and enterprise management software” stated CEO, Brill. “I am happy that RAID and Aviv have come to a mutual agreement which will allow Aviv's valued customers a seamless transition to work with a seasoned storage company. RAID has excellent support and complimentary products which will allow for good future relationships,” continued Brill.

This transaction is effective May 31, 2005 and Mr. Brill will consult with RAID and be available to facilitate the transition until December of this year.

Under terms of the agreement, RAID has the right to service all existing Aviv customers.
