Lawrence, MA - RAID Inc. today announced that it had expanded its RAIDServ storage services group to add support services for 3rd party storage systems. Available services for qualified 3rd party solutions include 24x7 phone support, advanced parts replacement, on-site support and StorageWatch®, RAID’s real-time monitoring, administration and management service.

RAID has enhanced the already unparalleled StorageWatch service, which was launched in 2001, to support 3rd party products. In addition, RAID has expanded its Storage Network Operations Center, located in Lawrence, MA to support the influx of new systems.
